Fees and Expenses

Our fees are transparent and competitive with lawyers of comparable skill and experience. Lead counsel Denny Esford is $425/hr. If associate attorneys are needed for less demanding legal tasks, those attorneys are billed at $250/hr. Support work by a paralegal is $150/hr.

Expenses are billed at our cost--there is NEVER a "middle man" mark-up for someone else's work. And we consider things like routine copying, secretarial work and researching well established law to be general law office overhead, not an opportunity to nickel and dime the client.
